President Trump has had more than enough from Democrat led investigations and is finally putting his foot down.
Meeting with House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer the president shared that he wanted to discuss plans for infrastructure.
But not under the duress of partisan investigations.
“Get these phony investigations over,” Trump said while sharing that he would go no further otherwise.
As expected this led to a very short meeting.
Of course, rather than heed his words Pelosi shared with reporters that “we believe that the president of the United States is engaged in a cover-up,” in response to the announcement.
It doesn’t look like Democrats are ready to give up their failed witch hunt just yet, which makes one question what is in store for the future.
